• Parsippany-Troy Hills (NJ) Board of Education: $3.3 Million heating replacement system. Steam heating replaced with new boilers and  hydronic heat. Ventilation upgrades including new unit ventilators and exhaust systems
  
  Completed: November 2006

• Woodbridge (NJ) Board of Education: $16 Million renovation package, including boiler replacements, unit ventilator and exhaust fan replacements, and general construction.

• US Postal Service, Kearney NJ:  $5.7 Million mechanical room demo and replacement; air handling unit replacement in penthouse; Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) systems for entire facility

• Hopewell Valley Central High School, NJ: $15.1Million Additions, Renovations & Rehabilitation Works like new building block, new parking lot, new gym area, storm water detention System, structural steel, roofing, rooftop units, ventilators, ATC system.

• Manchester (NJ) Board of Education : $13.8 Million Renovation at Multiple Schools, like door and window repair/replacement, Unit Vents, Rooftop HVAC Units, ERUs, Ductwork, Boilers & Accessories, Condensing Units, Exhaust Fans, Ductless Split Heat Pumps, Casework, Masonry Repair, Side walk, Electrical Lighting.

• Point Pleasant Beach (NJ) Board of Education : $5.7 Million Renovation, HVAC & Site upgrades at Multiple Schools, like Gym floor & equipment, door and window repair/replacement, Unit Vents, Rooftop HVAC Units, ERUs, Ductwork, Condensing Units, Exhaust Fans, Ductless Split Heat Pumps, Casework, Masonry Repair, Side walk.

• US Postal Service, JFK Air Mail Center, Jamaica, NY : $4.3 Million upgrade and/or replacement of HVAC equipment like new Roof Top Units, new Fan Motors for AHUs, new motor operated dampers, chilled water pumps, cooling tower fans, hot water and circulating pumps.
