Here is a sampling of some of our recently completed and in-process projects:
- Parsippany-Troy Hills (NJ) Board of Education: $3.3 Million heating replacement system. Steam heating replaced with new boilers and hydronic heat. Ventilation upgrades including new unit ventilators and exhaust systems
Completed: November 2006
- Woodbridge (NJ) Board of Education: $16 Million renovation package, including boiler replacements, unit ventilator and exhaust fan replacements, and general construction.
Completed: February 2008
- US Postal Service, Kearney NJ: $5.7 Million mechanical room demo and replacement; air handling unit replacement in penthouse; Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) systems for entire facility
Completed: April 2009
- South Orange and Maplewood (NJ) School District: $2 Million boiler replacement and ATC control systems.
Scheduled Completion: June 2009
- Sayreville Center for Lifelong Learning: $5.4 Million geothermal HVAC for a 60,000 sf facility.
