Here is a sampling of some of our recently completed and in-process projects:

• Parsippany-Troy Hills (NJ) Board of Education: $3.3 Million heating replacement system. Steam heating replaced with new boilers and  hydronic heat. Ventilation upgrades including new unit ventilators and exhaust systems
  
  Completed: November 2006

• Woodbridge (NJ) Board of Education: $16 Million renovation package, including boiler replacements, unit ventilator and exhaust fan replacements, and general construction.
  
  Completed: February 2008

• US Postal Service, Kearney NJ:  $5.7 Million mechanical room demo and replacement; air handling unit replacement in penthouse; Automatic Temperature Control (ATC) systems for entire facility        
  
  Completed: April 2009
  

• South Orange and Maplewood (NJ) School District: $2 Million boiler replacement and ATC control systems.
  
  Scheduled Completion: June 2009

• Sayreville Center for Lifelong Learning: $5.4 Million geothermal HVAC for a 60,000 sf facility.
  
  Scheduled Completion: August, 2009
  

• Fairlawn (NJ) Schools: $400 Thousand: boiler replacements, new rooftop units, new unit ventilators.

  Scheduled Completion: September 2009
