• Project Management: Our Senior Project Managers bring decades of construction project management experience to the field. We know how to bring your project in on time and on budget.

• HVAC System Design and Review: We have the mechanical engineering expertise to assess your current or planned system to ensure peak operating efficiency for maximum occupant comfort and minimum operating expense.

• Renovations: We have extensive experience with major renovation work on in-service buildings. Our project managers understand the special requirements of phased demolition and reconstruction that minimizes the impact on ongoing building utilization.

• Geothermal Heating/Cooling: We have experience with installation of mid-to-large scale ground-source heating and cooling systems…among the most energy efficient heating and cooling systems available today.  We have completed over $7 million in geothermal project work. 

• GDS GreenPower:Our sister company specializes in small- to mid-size commercial and residential geothermal systems using the very latest in geothermal technology.
